Mindfulness Workshop - For Kids 8 and up & Adults – Pacifica Community Center
Wednesday's 6-8pm
Mindful awareness exercises help children and adults develop concentration, and self-awareness. Together through a variety of learning mediums we will experience a calm mind, experience awareness and learn what it means to concentrate. We will do this through mindful art and games, breathing techniques, readings and guided visualizations. These techniques can be life long practices that can lead to a more peaceful, satisfying life.
The class is intended for an adult and child attending together.
Enrollment is through the Pacifica Park and Recreation. You can enroll on their website (link below) or go to the Pacifica community center or their offices at 1810 Francisco Blvd.
