Movement


Pilates, yoga, and stability ball classes are offered throughout the year. Activities are designed to strengthen, stretch, and relax the entire body. Mindfulness and meditation cues are weaved throughout to leave you relaxed and rejuvenated.  All levels are welcome.  

Classes are held in-person and on Zoom Mondays and Thursdays at the Pacifica Community Center*.

Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall sessions are available (8-12 Classes) at $13-$15/hour per class. 

Class cards are available. A 5-class card is $75, 3-class card is $48, and a single-class card is $18. They are good for any class taught. Class cards expire after the current session unless you have an emergency and cannot attend class.

Pilates with Deep Relaxation - Zoom

Mondays
6:15 pm – 7:30 pm

Pilates exercises increase core strength and balance, perfect for all ages. The focus is traditional Pilates, rehabilitative, stretching, and weights. Your mind will feel relaxed, and your body will be rejuvenated. Deep relaxation is a guided visualization while lying down; it calms and relaxes the mind and entire body. The class level is adjusted for the range of fitness levels. Please bring a mat and hand weights and wear comfortable, loose clothing. Optional: A child-size ball or soccer ball. Sign up online through the Ommm Store.

Summer Session

Your mind will feel relaxed, and your body will be rejuvenated. The class level will be adjusted for the range of fitness levels. Please bring weights and a yoga mat, and wear your pajamas or loose, comfortable clothing. Optional: A child-size ball or soccer ball.
